Give him your slides and your material. He calls the room, walks everyone through the deck, answers questions from what you gave him, and finishes on time.
How it works
A PDF of your deck, plus the documents, spreadsheets, diagrams or recordings that back it up.
He reads all of it and writes himself a lesson plan, a fact sheet, and the answers to the questions people usually ask.
Attendees open a link and watch the slides move as he talks. Interrupt him any time.
Two ways to run it
Straight through the deck in order, pausing for questions, keeping an eye on the clock so it ends when you said it would.
He explains a step, sets the group to work, then goes quiet while they do it — checking in to find who is stuck and helping them through it before moving on.
