PAuL reads everything you give him, then calls the number and teaches it.

What is the class called? Describe it — optional. This is what people you invite will read.

A sentence or two, written for whoever is going to sit in. It is the only thing besides the name that a guest sees, so say what they will get out of it. This is not the objective below — that one is an instruction to PAuL and stays between you and him.

How should PAuL run it?

Class — he presents. He talks through every slide in order, pausing for questions, and finishes the deck in the time booked. Workshop — they build. He explains a step, sets the group to work, then goes quiet while they do it, checking in to see who is stuck and helping them through it before moving on. Steps take as long as they take, and he keeps an eye on the clock.

Which voice? — PAuL keeps his name whichever you pick Objective — optional. What should this class actually cover?

Leave it empty and PAuL teaches the whole deck. Fill it in and he narrows the session to that, using everything else you upload as background for questions he is asked. Other examples: “Only the roof section of the birdhouse build.” · “Focus on what changed in the new release; assume they know the old one.” · “Aim it at sales engineers, not developers.” Changing it later means building the class again.

Where do the slides come from?

I have a deck — a real presentation, exported as a PDF. He teaches it page by page, and what attendees see is exactly what you made. PAuL builds the deck — give him the document, notes or recording instead, and he writes slides to fill the time you booked, then teaches from those. Use this when what you have is source material rather than a presentation.

Documents PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, text, Markdown, CSV, JSON, HTML · up to 40 MB each. PowerPoint speaker notes are read too.
Recordings MP4, MOV, MP3, M4A, WAV, WebM · up to 2 GB each. The speech is transcribed and becomes part of what PAuL knows — an hour of video takes under three minutes. Past roughly two hours of talking, the later material stops being used.
Images PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP · diagrams and screenshots are described and added as notes.
Anything else is left out, and the class will tell you which files it skipped.
